The Lumina Team Mandala allows you to compare the Spark Portraits of individuals within a team, across the 8 Aspects. The individuals’ scores are plotted on a mandala, known as a Team Mandala. The Team Mandala enables you to examine the similarities and differences across the team, indicating how these individuals are likely to interact with each other and where certain Aspects are under or over-represented. You can generate different Team Mandalas for each of the three Personas, as well as a combined overview.
