Humanistic Leadership, Module 2, Day 3

Humanistic leadership is about becoming an inspirational lighthouse for employees and the rest of the business organization. It requires leaders who are capable of moving into the future with wisdom and creativity in order to imagine what is needed.
2. Module: Artistic Inspiration
In this module, we will focus on the practice of art. We will unfold different paradigms within the history of art and various artistic areas such as music, poetry, theatre, painting, film etc.
The overall idea is to identify the form of inspiration for the individual. Furthermore, we will create a space for creativity and innovative ways of thinking. The teaching approach will be divided into three different ways:
- Artistic inspiration by visiting art institutions/artists
- Introduction to the history of art
- Creating a space for creativity, identifying the individual form of consciousness
