Reflector 360 is based on a focus person (the person who is subject for a development initiative) who is rated on work specific competencies / behaviors by others, from different angles: colleagues, manager, direct reports and possibly even clients. The training gives you the right to administrate and interpret a competency based 360 feedback report and perform feedback talks with 360-focus persons.
