5. Module: Business Development
Business development or organizational creativity will be the last module enhancing the idea of developing a service, concept or business idea that re-install the magnitude of the business potential.
We will cover a variety of business models, different ways of creating values, modes of processing transactions in the market etc.
Furthermore, we will have a look at the overall trends and global outlook.
The teaching practice will be:
- Discussions based on transformational business cases
- A deeper understanding of market economics and financial resources
- Creation of a business project reflecting the process of development throughout the course
